We are delighted to announce that we have been named the 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱'𝘀 leading online architecture platform, the world's largest international architecture awards A+ Awards themed 'Honoring the world's best buildings and spaces'. Elysium Caved Villas won the Architizer A+Awards 2023 Popular Choice Winner in the "Unbuild Hospitality" category.
This award is a great honor for us and we want to thank everyone who has collaborated with us in any way over the years for their love and support, and of course a big thank you to the esteemed jury and the audience for taking the time to vote for us and make us winners!
This top award is not only a great vindication for our team but also for our country, as nowadays there have been several distinctions abroad in recognition of the remarkable work that is currently being done in Greece.
A few words from Mr. Tsikandilakis:
Journey and elation: this is architecture for me! I think these two words sum up the reasons why I became an architect. My journey into architecture has been and always is an experience. I have always wanted with passion to touch and connect the contemporary with the tradition of the local with the global, with the aim of creating spaces that evoke emotions and inspire people's lives.
The journey is like a great adventure and it is worth as long as we do it with love, fun and strength. The truth is that the results of our work, but also the love of the people we collaborated with and traveled together on this, has filled us with joy.
My youthful enthusiasm, despite the three decades of continuous and arduous professional activity, is what keeps me going and keeps my mood alive for new things. As I approach 60's I still have the same, if not greater, passion to explore the mystery of architecture. And of course the same passion for love, friendship, adventure, travel, in short passion for life.
We continue with momentum for the next ones!
